Don Minton began his Teamster career in August1986 when he became an Employee at Super Valu in Xenia Ohio, working in the warehouse. In 1997 Don was elected shift steward and elected Chief Steward in 1998 and served in that capacity thru 2005 while serving on numerous contract negotiating committees and also on committees negotiating several warehouse standard agreements. In October 2005 Don was elected as Business Agent for Teamster Local 957.On January 1 2006 Don started his term. President Varney Richmond has appointed Don to be the 2006 Local Political Coordinator for Local 957, that will be a key point of contact for all of our electoral programs, including voter registrations, membership education and turnout for the upcoming local, State and Federal elections in November.                        

Don is a 1980 graduate of Tecumseh High School. He Resides near New Carlisle with his wife and two daughters. .
