Local 957

Mike has been a member of teamsters Local 957 for over 20 years. He started his union career at A.B.F Freight system in 1986.

He has served teamster local cartage members at A.B.F. as chief steward for over 5 years. Mike was appointed as organizer for local 957 in January of 2007. Mike was appointed Business Representative  for Local 957 in March 2008.  Mike is still actively involved in Organizing and says he enjoys helping the membership understand and enforce contractual language.  Mike is very concerned with negotiating a better work place and a higher standard of living for the membership of 957.
